I’m a twentysomething and college grad from St. Louis, who now lives in Los Angeles. The picture above is not of me, but of my nephew, with whom I am obsessed. My work life is unglamorous, but I enjoy the extreme lack of responsibilities that it comes with. It leaves me with a lot of time to myself to do whatever I want with, and most of it is spent on music. I play the piano and guitar and sing and write songs and they’re okay. I don’t intend to make a career out of it, but it brings me the most joy out of all the things in my life. I lived in Japan for a little while while I was in school, and I absolutely loved it. Someday, maybe in a year or so, I plan to move there permanently.
